For my out of town friends and relatives who have asked me to capture some of that "Ava personality" that I talk about so much.........here ya go! (although, I am bummed because by the time I thought to get out the camera, the BEST material had already happened.....but this is still good!......oh, and just excuse the dropped laundry on the stairs......oops!!??:-)

Finally Carter has LOST a tooth! It seems like just yesterday that I was saying "Carter GOT his first tooth!" Where does the time go??
Anyways, he had been so upset because all of his other friends have lost several of their teeth, and he hadn't even lost one!! When this tooth became loose he was so excited........the problem is that he was then too scared to wiggle it and his adult tooth was already growing behind it!................................Today in school he finally pulled it out! (it's about time, it's only been loose for about three or four months now......)
I'm sad that he doesn't have that "toothless gap" that I think is so cute,........but maybe next time!!
It's just my opinion but,.............it was too early for Chikeze!! He didn't have a chance of winning, but there were others that should have gone before him!!..........I'm just sayin'!

Oye! Of all nights for Kristie Lee Cook to pull one out of her BEHIND.... it had to be tonight! The week that she probably would have gone home if she would have performed LIKE SHE HAS EVERY OTHER WEEK!! Ugghhh!! Can you tell I don't care too much for her or her singing??
And while I'm ranting.........Go home dred boy or pick up the tempo!......He is getting soooo boring, and his interviews are like fingernails on a chalkboard..........ewww!!!
After tonight I have no idea who will go home. My guess for the bottom three might be Ramiele, Jason, and........Kristy? Chikeze?..........hmmmm, guess we'll know tomorrow!

Yesterday we had the BEST time as a family!! First, my mom and dad and Craig's mom and dad did a big egg hunt for all the kids by the lake in our neighborhood. Of course they loved it and had a blast!! Then we wanted to feed the ducks and noticed that they were on the other side. Well, I knew that there was a trail that went all the way around the lake, so I suggested that we all do the hike...........ok, I had never actually DONE the trail, so I had NO idea how long it was.........oops!................it was quite long.....sorry!
Of course getting out of the "public eye" and into the deep terrain...(ha ha, yeah right!), Craig pulled his norm and started doing things just for shock value!! Those of you who know Craig, know EXACTLY what I am talking about.........Anyways, one of the swan paddle boats had drifted to the other side of the lake as well, so we sent Craig down to rescue it, and he fell in the lake! ha!ha!......That's what he gets for being ridiculous!!
After our hike we went back to our house to decorate Easter cookies...... I seriously thought my brother was going to eat the entire container of cookies! Ha!..... I also think he had the most fun decorating them. It was really funny and also really cool because Carter thought that was the greatest thing ever that Uncle Pete sat there with them and "decorated"! ha!ha! ( aunt Hollie caused some trouble of her own with Carter....as you will see in the video!)
We have decided that this is going to be a yearly event, and so I can't wait till next year! We had a great time! I love my family!!

Carter had a FANTASTIC game today!! He hit a single, a double, a triple, and a home run!! It was AWESOME! They still lost the game, but Carter was definitely the star player! Uncle Pete, aunt Hollie, Hope and Addie were there to see too! Way to go Carter! You Rock!

Umm, I did not put that hat on her.....she snatched it right off the shelf as we rolled by. She definitely knows what she likes and what she wants........hmmm, that MIGHT remind me of someone else I know!:-) oh, and btw, we are in the shoe department here.....hence the "serious" look!.............Don't MESS with her shoe passion! ( and that I did NOT teach her.....she must have aquired that from her aunt Hollie)
Like I said, never a dull moment with this one.........here she is "smell testing" the coffee that she later approved and matter a factly said that she would like to buy for her daddy. WHERE DOES SHE GET THIS STUFF???
Never tell your three year old she can wear whatever she wants...........there's one small problem here, it's a very rainy, somewhat chilly, totally sunless day, and THIS is what she came down in.................not to mention, she needs a few lessons on how to walk in "high heels".....she about busted it just stepping off the fireplace!....oh,and LOVE the hair!
Well, why WOULDN'T she do a little dance before "marching her little hiny upstairs to put some warmer clothing on, and removing the deathtrap shoes"???................ey yi yi!!
Yesterday we did a little spring clothes shopping, and of course Ava succeeded in keeping myself and my mother in law laughing most of the day! I am so thankful and blessed to have Ava as my daughter. She is truly one in a million, and she keeps me laughing every day! Both of my children are the joys of my life! Thank you Lord for such amazing gifts!

After church today we took advantage of the amazing sunshine and beautiful weather by doing some fishing by the lake, and some bike riding on our street. We also (ok, I also) decided to see if Lilly could swim by pushing her in the lake..............................well, after a little dog cpr, and scheduling of some dog therapy, thanks to Craig's dog rescuing skills, I am happy to report that Lilly is resting peacefully now..................................................................but, let's just say I don't think we (I) will be doing that again anytime in the near or not so near future!!............once again......OOPS!
